Pay Rate: $25.00/hr – $35.00/hour

This company has an immediate opening for a per diem Certified Home Health Aide with at least one year of experience in a home health agency and has provided personal care services in the patient’s home.
Requirements for Certified Home Health Aide:
- Must currently be certified in Home Health Aide by the Florida State Department of Health
- Willing to visit patients in West Palm Beach and North Palm Beach
Preferred Skills for Certified Home Health Aide:
- CHHA must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all staff, patients, families and members of the health team
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Position requires driving and moderate degree of travel when making home visits
